SHIPPING TIMES

Sea 2 Skin HQ is located in Bondi Beach. We use Australia Post for domestic and international deliveries. We offer free postage Australia wide. For international orders, a small postage fee will be added at the online checkout.

Depending where you are located in Australia, shipping will take approximately:

1-4 business days: SYD/MEL/BNE/ADL Metropolitan

2-10 business days: NSW/VIC/QLD/SA Regional Areas

5-10 business days: WA/TAS/NT

5-10 business days: New Zealand

5-10 business days: International

CAN I TRACK MY PURCHASE?

We will send you a confirmation email once your order is placed including your order number and address details provided at the online checkout. Please contact us immediately at hello@sea2skin.com.au if you have provided incorrect information so we can amend your order. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive another email confirming it's on the way.

RETURNS POLICY

Our returns policy lasts 14 days. All claims must be made within 14 days of receipt of goods. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please get in touch via the Contact Us page to to obtain details on how to make a claim for refund or replacement. 

Refunds

Due to health and safety regulations, we are unable to offer a refund on any opened products. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges

We do not offer product exchanges only refunds. Therefore all approved returns will firstly be refunded, then a new order must be placed.

Shipping

The customer is responsible for any shipping costs on returned items unless the items being returned are due to an error on behalf of Sea 2 Skin Pty Ltd.
